Zarco wins Moto2™ war of attrition in Germany

When it rains it pours, but the conditions were of no issue to Johann Zarco who stayed upright as all of his main rivals failed to finish.

He left it until late in the race, but when Zarco hit the front he was untouchable as he beat Rins and Nakagami to the podium.

France’s Johann Zarco came out on top after a thrilling ten lap battle with Lorenzo Baldassarri, the Italian taking second with Lowes third.

Try as he might, Simone Corsi was unable to get past a perfect Alex Rins in France, while Luthi recoverd from issues for third.
