Jerez

Country: Spain
Length: 4 423 m. / 2,748 miles
Corners: 13; R8; L5
Longest straight: 607 m. / 0,377 miles

Massive crowds for the start of the European season reflect Spain’s passion for MotoGP: the hillsides forming natural grandstands for some 125,000 fans. A fiesta atmosphere lasts for the full weekend, while for riders and teams it marks the start of the routine of GP racing.

Dunlop’s view:

Jerez is one of the most even left-to-right circuits. At this time of year temperatures can be quite different from morning to afternoon practice, so it’s a challenge to select the right tyre. Riders have to be prepared to use a different tyre morning to afternoon.
