It’s one of the most famous and iconic motor racing destinations in the world, the fearsome Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit in the Eifel mountains and there is an epic race there every year with the  Nürburgring 24 Hours.

The Nordschliefe features over 70 corners in over 24km duration and takes drivers days rather than laps to learn it. The track features a diverse mixture of surface and corner types and it’s not for nothing that three-time Formula 1 world champion Jackie Stewart nick-named it the ‘Green Hell’.

The Nürburgring 24 Hours features open tyre competition, so Dunlop will battle its rival tyre manufacturers. Teams using Dunlop’s rubber include the works BMW and Volkswagen squads.
